Recent data from Home.co.uk found that the independent estate agents in the Move with Us Partner Network were not only gaining market share but also selling properties on average four days faster than their corporate counterparts and 23 days faster than the general market in the last six months of 2012.
Research also demonstrated that the estate agents in the Move with Us Partner Network are outperforming the wider market based on market share.
Statistics compared the average market share to those of their corporate competitors and found that their independent partner network estate agents held on average 11.8% market share locally compared to the 8.8%* market share held by corporate agents in the last 12 months.
