Billy started his company, Buy My Property For Cash, with his first purchase of property at the age of 26 in 1990. With many things to take care about, Billy chose to make Buy My Property For Cash his only dream and worked hard.

Over the years, all the good decisions, the bad ones and the ones that did not make Billy a profit taught him many lessons; lessons that he holds close to his heart and has made him into a wiser man and a better businessman over these years.

Billy worked hard and found Below Market Value market deals that gave him good offers. He found many beautiful properties at good bargains, some of which he kept for himself and others he sold for a profit!
As Billy and his business, Buy My Property For Cash, grew and so did his connections. He gained experience and made many friends. His connections got him in touch with some of the most experienced handymen, painters, plasterers, plumbers, gas engineers, decorators, cleaners and builders.

In 2002, Billy began his first Estate Agency called the Genesis Estates and offered his services to the public. This agency offered help in the field of Letting and Management. The agency was born out of his friends’ constant need for good advice. Billy’s friends had been troubled with their advisors and had often consulted Billy for the correct advice. This marked the beginning of Billy, The House Doctor.

Billy was one of the first HMO experts in Manchester, and as his fame grew, many builders and investors came to him for help. As Billy’s connections grew, and he developed better relations with others, he decided to create yet another brand. This new agency was called A2Z Estates and Management.

The A2Z Estates and Management was started to help those landlords and vendors in Manchester who found it extremely hard to find reliable help for their building’s maintenance and repair services. As Billy had good connections with many reputed and experienced contractors, Billy provided the perfect help to these landlords and vendors.
As his business grew and his work expanded, Billy even began to provide complete HMO refurbishments and loft conversions!

As his business continued to gain momentum, he established yet another agency. Billy, The House Doctor, created Ralph Property Finance. This agency was established with the sole purpose of supplying builders with the finance they needed for their building work, acquisitions and other purchases to help their building plans move forward.
Ralph Property Finance helped crystalize many building projects and even provided finance for the Bridging Finance for both residential and commercial.

With massive successes under his belt, Billy chose to venture out of Manchester and set up his office in the second city, Bolton in 2015. He decided to change his portfolio and begin afresh with new properties and a new team in Bolton. His agency in Bolton was called Atwel James. Backed by his supreme knowledge and expertise, Billy was soon backed by many brands and was trusted by many. Billy helped many landlords and vendors in Bolton just as he did in Manchester.

By now, it was clear that the blueprint for The Property Bureau was taking place. Next, Billy decided to set up his office in yet another city. Armed with tremendous experience in the Sales and Letting industry, Billy set out to establish an office in Heald Green, Stockport. This new agency, One-Stop Property Shop, was set up and open for business in summer 2017. The agency helps Billy with generating leads and helps his business by providing one roof for working together and networking with all other branches for Billy.
